Clean, spacious rooms with separation between bedroom and sitting area — perfect for larger families, especially ones with little ones. Showers are oversized, include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash — vanity lighting, magnifying mirror, and blow dryer available. The beds are comfortable and the linens are cozy. The hotel looks like it was updated recently and they did an exceptional job on the details — practical and tastefully done. Fast, easy check-in! Pool was sizable and clean. Breakfast included plenty of options, made-to-order omelette, and plenty of beverage options. Attentive staff.. received a text shortly after check-in inquiring about any needs. Amenities, aside from pool, included on-site restaurant/bar and small convenience shop area. Ample seating offered downstairs and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Located near Louisville Caverns. We will definitely return next year!

Room and hotel are fine. Had an issue where room next door was cranking music at 430am. At 530 I asked desk to address it. They did nothing. So I paid for a sleepless night. I get that stuff happens but very frustrating that the hotel did nothing to make it right.
