Directions brought us to the wrong motel - had to back track 5 miles to the correct hotel! First room - cockroaches! And just old and broken felt dirty!!!! Went to talk to girl about another room - she was very sweet ! Second Room - better felt cleaner didn’t see roaches BUT black Mold in the shower area!!!!!!!!! Loud people all night - parties loud vehicles unsettling feeling - will not be back and will not use Wyndham Beaumont hotel any longer ;(

The guys that checked us in and out were very professional and courteous. The breakfast setup was really nice. I was disappointed in finding roaches in my room when getting ready to leave, i did let the guy know when we were checking out that we had roaches in our room when packing up to leave. It sucks to spend almost $120 on a room with bugs.
