People partying upstairs and people running the hallways until 1 am. I was not very happy and when I called the front desk they laughed at me the first time and hung up on me the 2nd time . My family and I were driving for 7 hours and wanted some sleep. My 5 yr old was up until 12:30 because of all the loud noise above us. This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had.

I plan on contacting holiday inn about the fire alarm going off twice while we were sleeping. I called the desk clerk and he said he would be up to look into it. He never came. I called back alarmed and perturbed. He said if I was going to be like that he would not come up. And he didn’t

Everything smelled and looked clean like it had recently been bleached. Well Done.

Location and price was attractive. Conditions in the room lacked some thoughtfulness: shower curtain was too short so water landed on the floor & also there was no body soap in the container. The body lotion sample was 1/2 used. Not a good impression.

Upon check-in asked for the Internet code got in the room tried to get on the Wi-Fi it did not work went back downstairs F the desk clerk why it didn't work and he said that hasn't worked and it won't be working until the holiday is over so I asked him why didn't you tell me that I would've bothered to take the room I want a refund and why did you lie to me

I booked two rooms at this hotel, last minute, for a trip to visit a dying relative. I specifically booked the room that allowed for cancelation/refund. She passed away that night, causing us to cancel our trip. I called that morning (day of checkin) to request a cancelation and it was denied by the hotel. Then they charged for the full duration of the trip for both rooms.

Even though it looked like the hotel was recently renovated. The rooms all had issues. Tiles coming off the walls in the bathroom, tv didn’t work. Bed not bolted down. Carpet soaked from the air conditioning leaking on the floor . Staff nice and breakfast was good. Hopefully they didn’t pay too much to have the place renovated. They got took.

Stopped here during travel between destinations. Rooms were freshly remodeled and decent size. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

Upon checking in we noticed that the carpet was "gritty" and not clean. There was a 9" wet "stain" that looked like grease, or some kind of liquid had splashed onto the inside of the front door. I wiped it with a towel, it had the consistency of hair styling gel, but I was a bit disconcerted by its presence. There was also hair on the bathroom tile floor.

From check in to check out the experience was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast wast very good.

Had a great stay, room was very clean and comfortable. However, we were disappointed in the breakfast the egg & gravy did not taste good, although the cinnamon rolls were delicious! Breakfast is supposed to be served until 9:30am ( we had thought it would be a little late on a Sunday but no!) The woman started clearing it away as soon as we got there and had it all cleaned up by about 9:20! Hope there wasn't anyone else staying and hoping for breakfast.

Hotel was recently built or remodeled. There was still painters tape on my entry and bathroom doors, I removed it. There was a severe storm on Saturday evening that caused the hotel to have to use its generator which did not work correctly. Parts of the hotel had lights & TV, parts had no lights or TV and parts had air conditioning, others did not. I had a room that had no lights, TV or AC until 1am when it all went back on. My hall had lights and AC. [...] Since I had to open the windows I noticed piles of dead flies behind the drapes on both windows. The breakfast was hot and good every morning. [...] The ice machine on the third floor, where my room was, did not work and there was only a vending machine on the first floor. Every time we used the pool we had to beg for towels, and all the rooms in the group I was with were short towels every day. The staff was very friendly and tried to resolve all issues quickly.

[...] When I arrived I was informed that there were no longer smoking rooms. When I opened the door (after having to have the key reprogrammed) it was apparent that the room previously was a smoking room...it had not been restored.
