There are home exterior cameras on the property, one on top of the garage facing the driveway and a Ring doorbell on the front door. All of these cameras record audio and visual. There are no cameras inside.

★ NATURE★
This is Kentucky, there are insects, bugs, snakes and other critters in the area. We do have a regular service of pest control, but if you do see insects and bugs in the house, this is the nature of being in the south. When outside, please be mindful of snakes and critters.

★ TRAVEL INSURANCE ★
Please obtain travel insurance for your trip as I do not offer refunds for any reason. Unfortunately, things can happen that are out of your control, such as flight cancellations, illnesses or unforeseen circumstances. You will be happy you have coverage if something unexpected interrupts your trip.

★ FIREWOOD ★
Make sure to stop at Kroger, Walmart or another local place to pick up some firewood before heading to the home.

★ CANCELLATIONS ★

In order to gain access to the directions and door code, please acknowledge the below. The address and door code WILL NOT be given out until these are accepted.

- NO smoking in the house (cigarettes, cigar, weed, vape, candles, etc)
- NO loud noise after 10pm
- Rental agreement is signed

Guests will have access to the whole house, the backyard and front yard.
