LA rental

Great place and the house is huge. Lots of room for everyone. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub is a bonus and be sure to enjoy the neighborhood squirrel out back!

It was a big property with lots of room for many people. The bedding situation was not correct on the listing. We have tall adults in our family and using sofas or sofasbeds was not part of the initial plan. When I looked at the listing I thought this would be a good property to fit us all in our own beds and was willing to pay a bit more for it. Disappointed to find that there were not enough beds.

Great LA Home Base

We stayed here as an extended family vacation with Grandparents, parents, teens, and kids and everyone has a great time!Perfect location for visiting Universal Studios, Hollywood, and the Petersen Auto Museum - all about 20-25 minutes away with traffic included. Very clean and spacious with tons of comfy beds for all. Well stocked kitchen with lots, pans, storage containers, and serving wares. Loved having a large dining table where we could all eat together. Messages with the host seemed automated and one message I sent went unanswered , but had no trouble with check in, check out and no problems during our stay.

Everything about this property was as advertised! The home accommodated 13 of us with ample room to spread out, relax and enjoy meals sitting down together. The kids loved the bunk room and being that all the bedrooms except one had adjoining bathrooms…that made the adults happy. Property was immaculate inside and out. Close to LA attractions in a quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend!

Great place for large family.

Property manager gave clear instructions and expectations. Responded promptly with question about hot tub during stay. House was beautiful and clean. Lots of beds to accommodate. Neighborhood was great with a park about a block away to walk to. This place was a great stay for family but had some glass decor that we just put away during our stay with kids.

First Birthday Getaway Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was perfect for our needs. The neighborhood felt safe and there’s plenty of parking. The house is spacious and the backyard has fun touches like the connect five game. Great memories were made here.

Bigger and nicer than I expected.

Beautiful home! Much larger than it looks in pictures. Lots of room for 12 of us to sleep. We’re able to make some awesome memories here. Used the grill and hot tub too. Prompt response when contacting owner. To clarify: one room has a bunk bed that has 2 full size mattresses. ( sleeps4). The other rooms are trundle beds that are a queen bed with a pullout twin on the bottom ( sleeps 3). There are 2 rooms with these trundles. The fourth room is a California King. There is also a pull out couch and a very large couch if you need to add more guests. Lots of kitchen equipment. We were able to make a full Thanksgiving dinner! Would suggest bring a hand mixer if needed and seasonings

Amazing paradise oasis near Universal

My sisters and our families were looking for a nice safe and comfortable place to stay all together for our visit to Universal. Our hotel we stayed at for Disneyland was WAY too far away from Universal studios Hollywood to be convenient. So we booked this 4 bedroom in Valley Glen. Mike and Julie were very quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. The house is a quick 10 minute drive to Universal Studios! This house is GORGEOUS! Raised ceilings, jacuzzi bathtub, best soft sheets and bedding ever. You’ll get a great nights sleep here. The flat screen TVs all stream your favorite services. The hot tub in the back was great. We appreciated the kitchen! Huge kitchen! And 2 very large tables that fit all of us. The bedrooms all have pullout mattresses underneath for extra. Kids safety plugs. Would definitely return! Thank you so much for a wonderful 2 nights.

Great location, great hosts, not clean

The hosts were great and this was 10 minutes away from Universal Studios which made it convenient for us. The problem is that the house was not cleaned thoroughly (hair everywhere in the bathrooms, dingy bathmats, coffee table was very messy, dirty dishes and food left over from the previous guests) which meant I had to clean up when we checked in. Also one of the toilets was clogged and the main light out in the powder room. We were out of the house from 9am-10pm each night so it wasn't a huge deal. Also there were no oven mitts and there was a camera in the living room which did make me feel uncomfortable. Value was good, I would stay again if it was kept up more.

California stay

We picked this VRBO for a visit - proximity to Universal Studios was important, and not too far from SoFi as we were attending Chargers/Bills game. Property was very clean and as advertised. We didnt get to use the hot tub, because it rained the entire stay, but the house, and grounds were very nice. We spent time in converted garage watching TV, which was cool. The agent was responsive to our emails. A couple minor things with the house, but nothing that changed the quality of our stay. All in all was a good stay. We were a bit concerned with neighborhood at first, but it was very quiet and met a couple neighbors who were very nice.
