The ice machine is not working in the Tower building. If you needed ice you had to walk to the other building down a long hallway take an elevator (10 minutes). The room and premises look worn down and in desperate need of an update. The carpets are worn and walls are dirty. The picture of the hotel and lobby are not a true depiction of what the hotel and lobby looks like. Someone was good with the camera and angles. When you offer coffee in the room there should be at least one cup for each person in the room. Leaving only one individual coffee and not being able to get a second one for my husband. Hotel was not worth the price and should not be a 3 star hotel.

We specifically asked if you can hear planes all night and the front desk said that since it was a private airport there are no flights during the night. THAT WAS A LIE. There literally flights non-stop all night long. The bed was awful and for the price I expected a lot more including honesty.

I liked the staff at check in and check out, happy mood and helpful. I found the opposite of the staff at the lounge during my visit which made it uncomfortable there.

Great location, no fridge in rooms. Not good when traveling with children. But ithe hotel was very nice from the outside.. Rooms are not as nice for the price. But great location! Friendly service.

Ripped curtains, stained carpet, holes in the walls, dirty bathroom, service either with a thick accent and sexist jokes about women and marriage OR someone who says two words to you and doesn’t care how your stay was. Quality of a motel 6, price of a best western.

The property itself is nice, but we encountered problems daily. Our room keys would never work: every single time we tried to enter the room we had to go back to the front desk, which may not sound like much, but was terribly inconvenient. On two occasions the front desk staff claimed they were sending a security guard, but he never showed up as he was busy having sex in a parked car right next to where we were parked. We witnessed him exit the car, and then claim that he had been looking for us.

Staff was nice. Well kept grounds and rooms. There were 2 parties while we were there, it got pretty loud. We ended up having to switch rooms which was a pain but at least they were able to move us. Was a bit flustered to be handed a paper when we walked in saying the pool and hot tub would be down for maintenance but they were advertising on Orbtiz that they had a pool and hot tub. no compensation was offered, just tough luck

Was pretty disappointed that i booked it because it says free airport shuttle, when in reality they dont offer it. They will take you to the Fly Away where you can pay to be taken to LAX but I was going to Burbank Hollywoid airport, abd they dont even go there. I had to pay the airport shuttle to come get me. I also had what looked like black mold up around the top of the batheoom wall, spotty all the way around. I took picture of it and showed to desk, they told me it was dirt. It was a little noisy due to the airport being right next to it, but that was it. Didnt hear people in the next room, and they had kids.

Rooms are all non smoking, as is entirehotel, which is great. Heated outdoor pool and jaccuzi, huge plus. Minus is no laundry room to do a quick load, right next to Van Nuys airport so you listen to air traffic constantly. Also, it says free airport shuttle, but that is untrue. I looked for an airport near Burbank bob hope airport, and i got this hotel.
