Extremely dated property, very slow service, very loud as you can hear every single airplane take off, shower is extremely low so you have to bend down. And I was told their printer and wasn’t working when I asked for a checkout receipt. I suggested I take a screenshot and the man at reception told me that their computer system was also down. Coincidence?
Love this place. Great character and super friendly staff. Enjoyed the evening hot tub too! The hotel is right next to the airport which is either super cool or too loud - depending on your point of view. My son loves planes so we are loving our room with a view of the runway.
The property has been recently refurbished and the room was clean and the bathroom modern. It would have been nice to have a mini-fridge and microwave in the room but the staff was helpful about providing ice. The morning meal availability is limited to coffee and pastry; it would be nicer if they re-open the restaurant
This was a good hotel. It was just too loud with airplanes
They charge for parking, unfortunately alot of there big attractions like there restraunt is out of order and the building is old needs some renovation.
Gary at the front desk was amazing. Hotel was dated but nice and clean. Please add some lights in the guest rooms seemed a bit dim. Thanks a bunch for the stay everyone was Plesent.
The ice machine is not working in the Tower building. If you needed ice you had to walk to the other building down a long hallway take an elevator (10 minutes). The room and premises look worn down and in desperate need of an update. The carpets are worn and walls are dirty. The picture of the hotel and lobby are not a true depiction of what the hotel and lobby looks like. Someone was good with the camera and angles. When you offer coffee in the room there should be at least one cup for each person in the room. Leaving only one individual coffee and not being able to get a second one for my husband. Hotel was not worth the price and should not be a 3 star hotel.
I didn't like the carpet was too old. Not clean and and my reservation not on their system
Clean hotel, comfortable beds and centric from the valley area
We specifically asked if you can hear planes all night and the front desk said that since it was a private airport there are no flights during the night. THAT WAS A LIE. There literally flights non-stop all night long. The bed was awful and for the price I expected a lot more including honesty.
Everything pool room Restaurant Jacuzzi The front desk the service the breakfastThe park in
I liked the staff at check in and check out, happy mood and helpful. I found the opposite of the staff at the lounge during my visit which made it uncomfortable there.
Great location, no fridge in rooms. Not good when traveling with children. But ithe hotel was very nice from the outside.. Rooms are not as nice for the price. But great location! Friendly service.
Ripped curtains, stained carpet, holes in the walls, dirty bathroom, service either with a thick accent and sexist jokes about women and marriage OR someone who says two words to you and doesn’t care how your stay was. Quality of a motel 6, price of a best western.
The property itself is nice, but we encountered problems daily. Our room keys would never work: every single time we tried to enter the room we had to go back to the front desk, which may not sound like much, but was terribly inconvenient. On two occasions the front desk staff claimed they were sending a security guard, but he never showed up as he was busy having sex in a parked car right next to where we were parked. We witnessed him exit the car, and then claim that he had been looking for us.
