Family of three here, We stayed for two nights arrived a bit early and allowed early check in Room was comfy and clean, the beds where decent I was able to get a good night sleep(I can sleep trough anything), my husband kind of complained about the car noises but he was able to sleep trough it after a little while as we were tired from traveling. The pool was decent in size we basically had it to ourselves for the one time we went probably needed a bit more heating but was barable to swim in, also needed a bit of a cleaning as there was a bit of debris on the pool, I took a nap in the lounge chair there by the pool it was nice. The Jacuzzi was working and temperature was on point, but a lot of foam build up…not sure what forms that but that was noticeable. We visited the jacuzzi twice in the evening. The ice machines where out :( and soda vending machines where also mostly out of stock. The Staff were friendly and helpful. We went to Universal Studios Hollywood and left for and entire day, when we came back the room was cleaned and beds where made and room was freshened for us which was perfect to arrived too. Parking fee was decent we didn’t mind the price which was
