Hello, I’m writing to file a complaint about a front desk staff member named Mags. Before I was served, I saw another receptionist offer bottled water to a guest. Later, while Mags was assisting me, I asked for two bottles of water. She first told me there was no water left and suggested I take it from a machine. I then asked her to check with the receptionist standing next to her, and she changed her explanation and said bottled water was only available to Best Western members. What’s especially concerning is that just before this, she took my payment card, looked at my last name (which can indicate nationality), and only then asked me to insert the card. Immediately after that, she refused the water and provided a different reason. This felt discriminatory and unacceptable. Please investigate this incident, confirm the hotel’s bottled-water policy, and escalate this to the manager on duty. I expect a follow-up regarding the outcome.

You can hear everything on Sepulveda Blvd. The shower wasn’t draining. There was no body wash. The room had a weird smell and made our faces oily. We got a call at 1am from the front desk for a 9am wakeup call and it was the wrong room. They also ket my license on accident. This was not worth $400 for two nights.
