Great stay at Holiday Inn Express Van Nuys. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a good complimentary breakfast. The location is convenient for getting around the San Fernando Valley, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Los Angeles.

Customer service was not the best. I wasn’t awake of the parking fee of $12 a night . Water pressure was no existent. Bathroom was super tiny -and the tv kept going out.
