Great stay at Holiday Inn Express Van Nuys. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a good complimentary breakfast. The location is convenient for getting around the San Fernando Valley, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Los Angeles.

We made a late reservation...11pm. Didnt get there til 12:40 am. Tried calling front desk numerous times...no answer. Was not sure we would be able to check in at the lateness if our arrival. The front desk said nothing when I asked why no one was answering the phone. The lobby was dead. Very frustrating! Answer the phone!
