The staff was wonderful at this very, very busy hotel. Maria at check in was so accommodating and helpful with our needs after a rough time traveling for our family, and the staff related to the breakfast buffet (which, itself was a really great breakfast included with our stay!) was so efficient and friendly.

The room was fair. Despite being non smoking there appeared to be cigarette burns in the carpet. There was someone screaming at the top of their lungs at 2am. A very disturbing man was at the pool while we tried to relax, using a knife to clean his fingernails and speaking about shooting someone to no one. No phone or earbuds. The employees were very nice and the breakfast was adequate
