The beds and pillows! What’s the most important thing in a hotel room?? Comfortable beds and pillows! Spotless rooms and bathrooms! This property does not disappoint. The continental breakfast was pleasant. Even the honeydew melon was ripe! Bonus! Professional Staff who were also very helpful and kind. Bonus! Bus to Universal every 15 min. We also walked back one night (downhill). Easy and felt safe. The only negative were loud guests in the hallway and rooms after midnight. We could hear their loudness through the doors and walls. So, beware of rude guests and bring earplugs.

Trip to Horror Nights

It was conveniently located next to universal. We could walk there or take the handy bus. We never waited more than 5 minutes for the bus even during horror nights. I wish the continental breakfast was included. We paid for the breakfast one of the days we were there and it wasn't the price. It had a small selection of foods.

Good hotel. Just two critics: low quality TVs in rooms and not easily walkable, a bit far from any restaurant, bar, grocery and shops. Car is needed.
