Very convenient for universal but wasn’t so clean. You’re paying for the convenience not for the hotel itself. Walking in room with no socks you can feel that the carpet is dirty. Looking you would think your gonna stay in a decent hotel looks beautiful but housekeeping must suck because this wasn’t so great. Put a towel on floor in bathroom and it was filthy I usually pay half the price and drive about 8 min to universal and those hotel are wayyyyy more cleaner and better. 50$ parking as well is crazy.

The room was very small and I was supposed to have a room with a king size bed and the bed was not king size. When the couch bed is pulled out there is no space to walk and not convenient for a family with children. I was also supplant have breakfast included with my reservation and they said the breakfast is only for two people not all four of us, the description was very deceiving and should say breakfast is only for two guests.

Missed the mark

The room was very smoky and mildewy smelling. There was no robe, no blow dryer, no bar soap for washing hand's. I was surprised with disappointment.

This hotel is very convenient to stay if you want to enjoy universal studios Hollywood. It’s less half a mile walk to the park or you can wait for the shuttle bus that will take you to the front of the park.

Great corner room on the 12th floor with beautiful views. Great and comfy barroom. The only negative for me was the very uncomfortable bed that has no back support whatsoever. If you need back support, this isn’t the hotel to stay long term.

Great hotel will stay again

Great hotel. Comfortable, service was amazing and the pool area is beautiful not to mention conveniently located right next to universal studios but still has a free shuttle!
