They did not give me the room I paid for, I needed a room with the sofa bed. They moved me to a room with 2 Queens which meant i had to downgrade my bed. The floor was dirty, they could not provide extra towels (they said they didnt have any extra), I was called at 10 at night with a noise complaint for the tv, the phone woke my daughter up, but the tv wasn't loud enough to disturb her. It was not very loud at all. The morning staff was rude at breakfast and forgot my coffee order, i had to watch others who came after me get served before me before they even asked what i was waiting for. The pool was dirty and filled with leaves and flowers

The bed was to soft we were uncomfortable all night our back hurt they charged us 50 dollars more then what Expedia said when I booked it so that was a disappointment I don’t think I will stay there again
