Staff didn't follow through with any commitments. No wake up call given as promised and they didn't really care when I mentioned, they just said ah yeah we're busy. Told me I needed a taxi to the wrong terminal and have had to sit on hold for a long time to get my invoice actually sent. Room was fine, but the hotel was dingy and not as nice as I expect for the brand.
