upon arrival, had to change into three different rooms as something or the other would not be working in the room. it took at least 3-4 hours to finally have a room. House keeping is real bad - needed to constantly remind the Hotel to get the room cleaned and was vacuumed only once during my 6 days stay after complaining. They do not take the used mugs and glasses away and replenish with already washed china, but simply take them to your bathroom, wash and wipe with a towel (disgusting). The closet space for hanging clothes is very small and there are NO luggage racks in the rooms.

Very nice hotel near the tube. Staff were awesome, very welcoming.

Convenient to the tube and a good value for London. The staff was great, especially the quirky Italian bartender we called G. He really made our vacation fun.

Facilities in hotel are not as it was advertised online. Swimming pool and steam room is packed with gym members and you don’t get chance to use them, and the bar and restaurant is always empty of people and super expensive. Overall, with same amount of money you can stay at better 4 stars hotels.

Good if you want to be close to Heathrow. Close to tube. Safe area between tube and hotel. Hounslow is not one of London's best areas.

Not much to say about the neighborhood but typical for an airport vicinity area. Nice hotel. Modern improvements all around.

Pretty good location. If you know how to use public transportation and fear being late to your flight.

We had a great time at our hotel it was very quiet it was very close to the tube. The staff was excellent and very helpful. High Street had some good food and good shopping and it was close.

Landed in Heathrow and did not know where the hotel was situated I was quite apprehensive. I was pleasantly surprised at the welcome I received and the cleanliness of the room. The bed was super and I got a great night's sleep. Plenty of places to eat and shop nearby.

The hotel tried to charge me 27 pounds for a breakfast that I had already paid a supplement for on Orbitz. I tried to explain that I had already paid for the difference online. The front desk clerk would not let me explain and spoke to me as if I were a child. I quote " I am explaining to you our policy"; as if I didn't read the policy online before I purchased the room. The manager had to interrupt her so that he could be allowed to read my email confirmation. This was only the first encounter with the hotel staff. The second was not allowing my son (16), into the pool with his brother (20) when the policy clearly states children can enter while being escorted by and adult. I had to question the staff why my son was being denied access to the pool. The last encounter was with the front desk staff who was extremely rood. The manager over heard the conversation, stepped in and apologized yet again. I would not return if it was free.

The room is not as nice as shown in picture and the bathroom is dirty.

I think was wonderful. The room was very clean and nice. An added bonus was the use of the gym sauna, pool and gym. The staff was also excellent. Will stay again.

The room was tiny even for London. The lady at the front desk was cold, rude & unapologetic when the hotel failed to have our taxi on time for us to get to the airport. No apology or offer to pay for the cab. Absolutely unprofessional. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Upon checking in there seemed to be some confusion with my reservation as I was asked if I wanted 2 rooms, even though my receipt clearly indicated I had booked 1 room for 2 people. Then I was told breakfast was not included in my “package", again even though it was clearly indicated on my receipt as being included. The reception desk required that I log onto my computer and show him the receipt indicating that continental breakfast was included in the cost. At this point the front desk still questioned the validity of the receipt that I was showing him; he basically continued to argue that breakfast wasn't included (Really? We’re talking coffee and toast!) I asked if they actually had a copy of of the booking and they said yes but I don't understand how they can have a copy and NOT see the portion that included breakfast. When I booked the reservation I noted that parking was provided, and it is, but at a cost of 15 Pounds which was not mentioned at all in the reservation. I reviewed the reservation in detail including the portion labeled "Hotel Policies" and find no indication of additional funds required for parking. The net result is that I paid the fee for parking and told the front desk that since I was flying business class anyway, I would simply eat in the lounge and wouldn't bother them for breakfast. The hotel has a gym and pool, but from the look and smell and the people coming and going to the gym it’s more like the gym has a hotel. We were on the 3rd floor and the lift was unavailable, I never did see what the problem was there was just a sign on the door. I actually left the hotel and walked across the street to book a room in another hotel but it was fully booked. Since we were only there for 1 night we made the best of it. I would never go back here again.

We visited London during a heat wave. We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. The air conditioning broke down during our 3rd night and was still broken when we left. The staff ranged from OK to great.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Continental Hotel - it was very clean, very comfortable and the staff were very accomodating. The hotel restaurant was excellent and the location was ideal for our final night before leaving from Heathrow.

The Continental Hotel Heathrow was fantastic - very convenient to the underground station and the airport, the staff was very accommodating, and the restaurant was excellent. The room and bathroom were very clean. There were even hot cocoa packets and shortbread cookies in the room! I'd definitely recommend the hotel and I'd certainly stay there again.

The staff was helpful telling us about the High Street Shopping along with location. Also reserved a taxi to pick us up at 5:30AM and received personalized wake up call at 4:45AM. Room was hot even though outside temp. was around 62 degrees (F) Had a nice dinner there

The reception staff was terrific; personable, informative and accommodating. The room, however, left very little to be desired. It was a very small space and did not feel very clean (in great need of paint and general overall cleaning).

The hotel was great, clean, new, friendly staff, good price and superb location.

Dear Guest, We thank you for taking the time to write us a review and for choosing to stay with us during your trip to London for your family wedding. I am sorry to hear that we were unable to make your stay comfortable with us. We tried to offer you the different rooms when you checked in, to accommodate your requests, and offered you an upgrade when we were able to give you a room that suited your requirement. I apologize that it took a while for us to ensure you had the room that suited your requirement, since we wanted to offer a room on the highest floor as per your request for a quiet room. I apologize on behalf of the housekeeping team for being unable to clean your room to the expected standard. The team usually will not enter a guests room, when the Do not Disturb sign is on, but I have addressed the team directly with regard to the quality of cleaning and housekeeping required and necessary action has been taken in this regard. We ensure that all guests get freshly washed mugs, linen, pillows everyday and your feedback has been carefully addressed with the team to avoid such issues ever again. We thank you for staying with us a second time during your trip to London this year. We have some refurbishments plans in the coming months, and we will take your feedback onboard for the same. I hope you will give us a chance to welcome you again and make your experience with us, flawless. Thank you for your feedback and see you again!
