We were hoping to be closer to Heathrow, but staying here was not as convenient as we had hoped. It's a fine hotel, but would probably stay at another hotel in the future that either has a shuttle to LHR or w/in LHR if possible. There was a tube station nearby, but we would have to drag our luggage 11 mins before getting there, too much of a hassle.

Booked a room with kingsize bed but was allocated a twin room so had the hassle of moving to the correct room. Was told the room was an upgrade but I’m not convinced that is fact. The room was in a poor state of repair & general maintenance, the TV which was wall mounted wasn’t working, the lamp on the desk wasn’t working & the desk was broken underneath so not safe to sit & use without injuring legs/ankles. The shower door didn't close so water all over the bathroom floor. The maintenance man came & fixed the TV & the desk lamp after my call to reception but the other issues remain. As a one night stop for an early flight out of T4 it’s ok but as there are other options for a direct walk link into T4 I will be using one of these next time.

No curtains

Spent the night before flying home after a 2 week vacation touring the UK. Hotel was clean and comfortable. It was quiet, which is good for an airport hotel. My only complaint is our room had no curtains. We had someone come to the room to confirm this. They were unable to add any amd gave us a an reward point? Would tather have had curtains.

Excessive cost but convenient

Super expensive but very convenient for access to the airport. The cost of everything at the hotel is excessive, designed to rip off travellers, but this is due to the hotels London location and access to Terminal 4. Reasonable room with good dining options. Easy check in and check out. Quiet and convenient.

Very Decent Airport Stay

Ideal for a flight from Terminal 5. We managed to park at the hotel carpark for £25 a night then drove to T5 short stay as we went to check in to departures. This was pretty seamless and would definitely do again. The hotel was nice enough for 1 night stay. We chose a club room to access the club lounge for drinks and snacks. Really nice lounge, nice atmosphere, cosy and Michelle as the server, she was fantastic and very accomdating with topping up drinks (beer and wine). We ate dinner in the restaurant which was a good menu and tasty. Breakfast was pretty standard, self serve, not my choice. You could order an omelette but that wasnt great. There is a small well equipped gym but it got very busy, its not big enough for the footfall but otherwise a decent gym with cardio equipment, machines and free weights. Would definitely stay again.
