We were able to check in early, which wascreally helpful, since we only had one afternoon in London. The hotel is in a convenient location to access the Underground and other teain lines. The bed and pillows were a little hard, but we slept well. The hotel was very clean and quiet!

This is a perfect hotel for an early AM flight,especially out of T4 as the hotel is attached to it and it’s a 5 minute indoor walk.. The hotel is very nicely finished,quiet and clean-the room is big enough and functional. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and it was quite good,service was excellent. Not much around the area as you’re right at the airport,but it served our purpose perfectly.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in in London. You can trust this review as I own a chain of 4 star Hotels myself. From the moment I arrived the staff were super friendly at reception. It really stood out. I had booked a club room and was amazed at how great it was. Such a super size and the attention to detail was superb. From amazing products gowns to the room itself. I love the speakers in the bathroom to enjoy after a long soak. In the evening I went to the Club Lounge for free drinks and Canapés. Imagine a first class lounge and this is it. The lady there, I think called Mahayana was a brilliant hostess. Your class is never empty and plenty of delicious food. All included the rate. The breakfast was exceptional, the best I've ever had in a UK Hotel I can't even type how good it was. I was offered a 2 pm checkout which was the cherry on the cake for a night flight. I fly through Heathrow 8 times a year and this will most certainly my new go to Hotel. I really can't rate it enough. They absolutely smashed it in terms of hospitality. Such a joy to spend night here.

I really liked that the hotel was basically attached by a causeway to the terminal that made our flight very easy. But upon check-in when we got our room, it didn’t have a king bed. It had two twin beds, then I went down the plane then they got me another room that one was also not a king bed finally on the third try they did get us a king bed however it was just two twin beds strapped together, which wasn’t very comfortable.
