Quiet and decent distance to London Heathrow. No toothpaste in room so had to purchase a tube in the hotel for £5 which was a bit daft. Amenities were overpriced and the room was okay, very dusty sides with a tiny tv that only had 5 channels. Just expected bit better.

The first disappointment was finding no usb port in my room. Really?? On asking at reception the girl knew nothing to help. Second dissatisfaction was seeing that the carpet had not been vacuumed- and I don’t mean just a speck of something here and there, but a build-up of hair, cobwebs and dust in corners. Had I been able to charge my phone I would have taken photos but needed what battery I had left for an early morning alarm. Also, skip any pasta dishes in the restaurant- it’s beyond overcooked.

It was a quick stay, arrived on a late flight, a quick bite to eat and an early check-out next morning to travel out of London, so not a lot of time at the hotel to fully access it. Did the job though. Strange in the UK you have to pay for parking when staying in a hotel.
