Had to change rooms, first room stunk and what ever the smell was irritated my chest. TV was not working had to wait for maintenance to fix. Wi-fi was not explained by receptionist, followed instructions which were incorrect initially, should have been better explained on check in! 3 visits to reception, first two receptionists were not helpful 3rd was a trainee lady, she was excellent! Breakfast staff were helpful and friendly Really good access to and from terminal
