A wonderful stay

I can honestly say it was a wonderful stay . 3 of us went over for the ulster gp ,we all agreed it was a lovely property as soon as we entered. 2 doors away from a co-op , 5 mins away from a Tesco but most importantly for us it is only 5 mins away from the gp course . Bedrooms are very spacious, nice large kitchen , spoilt for choice where to relax lounge,dining room or conservatory or even a nice covered area in the garden which was well used by us all in all we had a great stay with no negatives. We will be back next year if it isn't booked up by someone else . Ps also great communication between the proprietor to us . ☆☆☆☆☆. 10/10 from us

Not recommended, disappointing

This is an AirBnB, not a hotel. If it had been a hotel I would have called the staff, asked for clean sheets, it was 50:50 if they had been changed since the last guest (with hair and specs of dirt in the bed) and had them clean the toilet (as under the seat had not been cleaned in a long time as was cover in p** stains). The property overall could be described as between "grubby" and "dirty", it depends how you feel about cobwebs in many of the corners. The bath had a layer of dust that you could write your name in and plug hole had the remnants of a bar of soap. The microwave was so covered in grease internally that after 15 seconds heating some milk, there was smoke pouring out into the kitchen. The tea towel in the kitchen was not clean and the washing up sponge was so old and grubby I would not use it. While it may be called Lisburn "Serviced" Accommodation, it does not appear to have actually been serviced for quite some time. Disappointing as it does off plenty of space of a family.
