This was a great apartment. It had all the cooking equipment and dishes needed for making real meals. There are 5 grocery stores close by and a mall across the street. The couch and bed were both very hard to sit and sleep on. The air conditioning was fantastic. My only complaint was the noise, getting woke up in the middle of the night by the guys partying next door the last 4 nights we were there of out 2 week stay in Lisbon. I would stay here again! Great value for the money and perfect location to all transportation in or out of the city.

I booked this propery on Expedia, but I did not realize that I had to pay separate property taxes. When I finally confirmed it with Expedia, I was informed that I could pay it on site. But then I got an email asking for this to be paid beforehand. This looked like a spam, but I paid it anyway because I did not want to risk my travels. Turns out it was legit. Confusing, though. In any case, then I was asked to download an app for confirmation - quite annoying. But then they used the app for unlocking doors. Really annoying since that worked only half the times and someone needed to let me in. REALLY ANNOYING! Finally, coffee pods were never replaced by the cleaning team. I had to go to the reception every morning to ask for coffee pods. Other than the above, it was a nice property with clean kitchen with sufficient appliances and utensils, including a mini fridge and a Nespresso machine. The mattresses are old and saggy, but clean. The location is easily accessible on the metro/train line. It is a bit too far from the really touristy districts, but I take as a good thing since we got to see a bit of the local life.

This was an awesome apartment. The location was great. we were able to walk to lots of nearby places, and the metro is only a block away for the further trips. Apartment was really clean, very spacious, and we were comfortable the two nights we were there. Had a little trouble communicating regarding early check in since there is no reception desk, and everything is done online. Would also have liked to know ahead of time that we have to download an app in order to access our room key, which is digital and blutooth used through the phone.

Check in process confusing and vague. Service is terrible. I requested several times to replace broken and dirty items, always the answer is we’ll see or no. Might as well not have customer service. Floor was dirty upon arrival.

The apartment space was very modern, clean, and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has what you need to cook, a Nespresso machine, and basic condiments like salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar. The process to check in wasn’t the easiest, which is why communication is 3 stars. You need to download an app to get the electronic key card to open your room door. This was not simple and the electronic key card never appeared on my husband’s phone/app. Only I was able to open our room door because of this. We made it work. Would stay again.
