The Staff was very helpful and the rooms are more than adequate. The hotel was being renovated so there was some noise during the day. The hotel has a breakfast room next door that has a good selection for 10 euros if you don't have it included. The location is great and you have a variety of good restaurants close by. The train station is within 5 minutes walking.
It’s very close to lot of attractions. Restaurants and the attractions are within walkable distance. Front reception staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Great location in the middle of downtown Lisbon across from Rossio Train station. Many restaurants within 1 minute walk from hotel. Staff were great and full hot breakfast served each morning.
Excellent location, near Rossio and several restaurants and bars. The room was very clean, the bathroom was modern and nice, and my room was actually quite spacious. I had an interior room, and hence it was very quiet as well, despite the fact I was there on Friday and Saturday nights. The breakfast is very good.
Location was good, near the water end of the Ave. da Liberdade and close to the Restauradores metro stop. As the metro stop implies, this is primarily a restaurant district and the hotel entrance was on one of the "restaurant rows" between restaurants. The interior is outdated, the bathtub/shower was very awkward as it was only partially enclosed, no shower curtain, and if you weren't careful with the shower spray, you'd get water all over the floor. I was on the 5th floor (lobby was "0" so really the 6th floor) and the elevator went out one evening.
The staff were amazing everyone was so welcoming. Centrally located to Rossio station and many restaurants. Easy walk to many squares.
Great hotel, clean, friendly staff. The bathroom was huge! The room was a little small. Really nice breakfast :)
Very small room--hard to get around the bed! Otherwise, very quiet for the central location. We did not eat breakfast here, but it looked nice.
Friendly staff ,big rooms , well situated ,cross from coliseum.
Next to everything. Our room had doors that could be opened to let the wonderful breezes come in, but could also be closed to block out the noise.
Stayed for four days. Room faced street but not a real problem. Many restaurants nearby. Felt safe. Aisle way to room is tight. Centralized safe area. Very pleased with breakfast. Room is small and bed for two is a double bed. Not the Hilton, but for the price a real value. There was a real good feel about this place. Would definitely stay here again.
