We really liked the hotel and staff. Brand new, clean and modern. Although, for us Americans, the rooms could have had a larger trash can, a place to put a suitcase, and a shower with more consistent water temperature. Very good location for walking around in Lisbon.

The room and staff were great, location is great though may not be great for anyone with limited mobility as it’s on quite a steep hill and a few steps. Breakfast was great and appreciated the local touches. Would stay again.

The hotel was very good. Very pleasant and helpful staff. There are quite a few nice dining options within walking distance. The hotel stay included a very good continental breakfast. There was construction going on nearby but it did not interrupt our sleep. The #28 Tram is close by and easy to catch.

Great place downtown lisbon

Very well located. Hotel with all things you might need. It is brand new! Breakfast was great with delicious food to have before going out. Rooms are quiet and very small yet comfortable!

Wow, this new hotel impressed. Despite being newly opened, it retained a fresh 'youthful' vibrancy which was mirrored in the staff engagement with us. Concerns over noise generated from civil works directly outside were negated by the very impressive noise reduction employed in the build. Well done! We received a room upgrade, which was good, although the hotel room descriptions are not mirrored on Expedia. Book by room size required/desired. The hotel has blended the ultra modern with the original build seamlessly, each giving a nod to the other in a very unique way. Congratulations to the vision of the owners and architects alike. Breakfast was limited but provided an adequate spread across fruit, meats, cheese, breads and a hot plate (bacon and eggs); more than enough to start your day. The hotel restaurant is still in completion, but there are more than enough restaurants close by to whet your appetite. We really look forward to the hotel opening their own restaurant. The main city is within easy walking distance, with taxi and bus ranks across the street. The metro is a short distance away at present. This is a well connected city and the hotel sits just on the fringe of everything. If we could give this hotel and staff a 6 we would. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and we will be back.

The hotel is well located to really good food and bars. The room was comfortable and bright, lovely shower and good bathroom. We enjoyed the gym facilities which were hard to find in Lisbon, it had high quality, new equipment. Would happily stay again!

The hotel was ok for us. I feel that was builded for men by men. Nice bar, nice place to smoke, nice gym, for men. No room for ladies. No place to put make up, no room for storage, no room to relax inside the room. In the room you either stand up or layed down no room to move. The breakfast was great, the front desk attendants were great, the bar and breakfast were nice. Location was ok.

Tudo incrível na estadia. Só precisam atualizar a informação do tempo até o aeroporto, que no anúncio diz 9 minutos. Mas depois das 22h, sem nenhum trânsito, levou 25 minutos. Com trânsito, por volta das 4 pm, foram quase 45 minutos.
