we wanted a place close to the University, and this place is close to walk to it. It is also close to dining options. It is a very safe neighborhood. the staff are very friendly; the room was cozy and very clean, with kitchen, a small living rm with tv screen and the bedrm also with tv screen. Next time we will stay there again!

The room we had was very warm, the beds were not very comfortable/ and the floor had a very soft that when you stepped on you thought that it might gave way. Most of the staff were very nice.
