Had to stay in a room with no lights no TV hotel was overbooked I want my money back

Pulled up and noticed a suspicious person looking at my car walking around behind the Perkins restaurant. Felt uncomfortable about that and parked elsewhere and walked to the hotel. Checked in the staff was very friendly! The room was very outdated and warm. The window AC unit I set at 60 would not cool down the room. To ensure a could sleep well for the race. I left an hour after I arrived. Luckily my friend had a spare bed at the La Quinta.

Hotel smelled of cigarette smoke and dirt. Huge stains on the carpet, sink and tube. It was really gross. Hotel staff was nice and gave us extra towels but the towels had holes in them.

Great comfortable bed. Management was very helpful and responded to requests in a timely manner.

If us lookin for w cheap hotel and don't need anything fancy this hotel fits the bill...

The hotel was a little dated and clean yet looked dirty. The beds are worn, TV is old and the carpet was stained. As for the price it was good and the staff handled my transaction good but seemed less then happy but were very helpful and professional

I had a very positive experience at this hotel. I would recommend it to all.

Air conditioner needs freon, room reaped of cigarette smell. People smoke right in the incoming doorways. Floors were dirty with spills. Sign says new carpet. You could have fooled me.

Cooling unit did not seem to be working

The room was quiet and enjoyable. Perfect for a short getaway for couples.

ordinary

We paid $38 per night through [...]. When we arrived at the motel, the advertised rate was $27 per night. We really got screwed. When we went to our room, the stench of stale cigarette smoke was so heavy that we both became nauseous. We spent a miserable night that I hope everyone reading this will seek to avoid.

the place is very quite and perfect for family. The room was very clean and I have everything ready and clean. It is also very close to the airport and Downtown. I`d recommand that Hotel to anybody who is visiting Lincoln and wand and affordable price for hotel.

we only needed a place to sleep over the thanksgiving holiday and this was perfect. was able to get a nice breakfast next door, rooms were super quiet for being right next to the interstate, not one time did we hear any traffic.

It looks like the staff tries to keep up with daily cleaning but there is mold growing under a corner of the air conditioner and in the shower.

Bathtub was not clean. Very small bathroom to boot. Carpet was dirty and very aged.

A quiet place with a good location and accesible locations

Visited with a friend, would have been nice if there were an extra chair-I did not ask for one. The low cost was great.

Easy check-in and plenty of parking for a moving truck. Easy access to rooms from either side of the building. The price was too good to pass on staying there during our move.
