Super comfortable little beach house! Felt like home the moment we stepped in the door. Simple check in/check out instructions. Close many restaurants and shops but tucked away enough to feel private and relaxing. Will definite stay here again

Great family beach house!

We really enjoyed the house! We stayed there recently and had a great stay. Plenty of room in the kitchen to cook with a great dining room table and living room area. Easy access to the Bay and we enjoyed the location very much. Would definitely stay here again!

Plenty of space, and right on the beach. Our dogs were happy and so were the kids. Looking forward to visiting again.

Perfect getaway

With the bay right out the back door, it's a lovely beach getaway. When we come back to the Lincoln City area, we will definately consider this propery again.

Great location and great house. Clean and convenient. The front door lock was a bit tricky but we figured it out. Would definitely stay here again!

There was a interesting smell when we first opened the front door, i did not notice it later after initial entry.. Both toilets ran most of the time non stop. Dirty sox fond in mailn bedroom . But good family time spent together ,beautiful views..

Cute little house, great location

Great stay! Easy beach access straight from property. Clean comfortable home with everything you need. Plenty of kitchen supplies if you want to cook. Extra blankets and sheets for the beds and onsite washer and dryer. We would absolutely stay again ❤️

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed the bay view, crabbing, beach walking and going to various stores and restaurants in the area. The home is nicely laid out and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need. Upstairs bathroom could use a thorough cleaning. Overall, we enjoyed the house and the great neighbors!

Perfect beach stay

Randy is wonderful to work with and the house is very spacious! The location is perfect for small children and adults alike. The kitchen is wonderful and well stocked, great water pressure, huge back deck. House is set back from the street so our stay was very quiet even with it being spring break. We will definitely return and recommend this house to others! :-)

Great Place to Getaway

We had three families stay at this location for a week, 6 adults and 3 kids. The house was perfect, the open concept made it a great place for all of to be together and we could watch the kids play on the deck. Having the house be so close to the samll beach was great and since it was not crowded and the the waters were calm it is a great place form small kids. We had a great time and will definately visit again.
