The room had dingy walls, rusted heaters, bathtub was covered in soap scum, bathtub had hairs, bathroom sink didn’t drain, there was a pile of sand in the spa, the back patio had sticker briars growing through the cracks that scratched us when we got in the spa, bathroom shelf was rusty, there were other guests blasting music until 3 am, cars on the beach doing doughnuts and raving engines til 4am. We will not be staying here again and if I could get a refund I would.

The staff really tried to go above and beyond, they even provided an after hours number if we needed anything. The ice machine happened to be broken, but they had it covered, offering to bag ice from a freezer; which was really nice. This was our second time staying at this location, you can’t ask for better proximity to the beach. It was our first time getting one of the hot tub patio rooms. The hot tub was clean and well maintained hot and ready for us when we arrived, such a great amenity.
