House Rules

⛔ No Pets: We love animals, but this home is unable to accommodate furry friends.
🚭 No Smoking: Please refrain from smoking inside or near the home. Evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee.
🔇 No Parties or Events: Do not exceed the maximum guest count. Please adhere to local quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM. Noise complaints will result in additional fees.

🚗 Parking Instructions (Crucial for Olivia Beach Community)
• Dedicated Parking Area: You have a dedicated parking area behind the house, with space for 3–4 vehicles. The small garage can fit one compact vehicle if needed. Important Rule: Do not block the back alleyway, and absolutely no street parking is permitted in front of the house. Please use only the dedicated parking area.
Smoking is not allowed on the property at any time.
Events or large gatherings are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed inside the home at any time.
Please use furnishings and appliances for their intended use only.
Please be aware Lincoln City has a strict `noise curfew` of 10PM. Be sure to keep noise down after that time. Any noise complaints received will result in a $75 fine.
The community pool is open from Memorial Day through the end of September. The rules and policies for the pool are located in the binder on the kitchen counter. The electronic fob is hanging on the coat hook by the back door. Be sure to return key to hoo when departing. Failure to do so will result in a $60 replacement charge.
Please clean BBQ after each use. Make sure ti is attached to wall of house with bungee cord when departing.
