This house was great for a group of adults. We had seven women and all got to sleep in our own bed! Hot tub was clean, kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels, seating for 8 in kitchen and 9ish in living room, and even more on the deck. The walk to the beach is less than five minutes, although it is uphill on your way back. This is a great beach location for low tide- lots of critters to go look at and so many starfish. You can also walk far in either direction. I would say this house is better for adults than kids. No bonus living space or kid friendly things in the house. We struggled to make one of the showers work but I think it was user error. It is a little awkward that the kitchen is downstairs and the living room upstairs, but it didn’t cause us any issues. The house is centrally located in Lincoln city near Spanish Head Inn, so driving anywhere in town was just a few minutes. We would definitely stay here again.
