Hosts were great to work with! House had the most gorgeous view!! Some safety concerns for older or disabled guests. I don’t recommend this house if you have anyone unsteady on their feet. Otherwise it was great!

Absolutely awful. The house was disgustingly filthy and rundown. The driveway is so steep that it was unsafe for my elderly Parents. We were unable to stay there and had to scramble to find accommodations for 9 people.

Perfect

From arrival to end the place was amazing!!! Views of the sunset sunday night were spectacular!! And its way closer to the beach then the pics made it look we walked back and forth to the beach to many times to count!! Everyone in my group could not stop thanking me for this weekend house!!! Anybody with a group that loves the beach and pool and a surprisingly nice sound system will love this house!!!

Best Buds Weekend

Three of us that have been buddies for 30 plus years made the time to get out to the coast. The weather was unseasonably awesome, no rain and nothing but sunshine and phenomenal star gazing from the hot tub. There was a leak in the studio room so it wasn't usable but the property manager was great and gave us a late-checkout at no charge. View couldn't be beat! Might be time to update some of the media but not a big deal. Overall fantastic trip, thank you!

Beach trip

House was large and had beautiful view of ocean. Enjoyed ping pong and being so close to ocean. The hide bed in room off garage needs replaced slept on air mattress that was in closet

End of summer vacation

This house was amazing!! We had so much fun playing pool and watching the ocean out the main window. We even got to see whales! The only things that we felt were a downside was the TVs, were out dated and kind of hard to figure out….definitely not a deal breaker. Also if you love to cook… make sure to bring your own pans. The pans and pots were not the greatest to work with. Other than that this was the best vacation house we’ve been to yet! Beautiful home!

Nice house, nice location, great view. Had a great time staying here. Some things are a bit dated, for example the television in the living room. It had audio issues. Definitely not a deal breaker, only an annoyance. Cleanliness was an issue but again not a deal breaker.

NICE GETAWAY!!

This home had everything that we needed to have a nice getaway. I would recommend that you replace the sofa sleeper with a new one or purchase an actual bed for that room. It was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Also the spider webs need to be cleaned up throughout the inside and the outside of the home before the next guests arrive. There was a lot of them all around. We had to do some lite cleaning before we could enjoy our stay. But overall it was a very nice home.

Sad Sand Stone

Honest review. We stayed at this property 6 years ago for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it, so we decided to bring the family back for an impromptu end of summer trip. First let me tell you the good. The views are absolutely incredible. The neighborhood is magical. The beds in the 3 rooms that were available were very comfortable. The bedding very soft. The bathtub in the master bedroom is enormous! The pictures don't do it justice. Now let me tell you the not so good. Driving up to the property you immedietly notice the joists holding the portico at the front entrance have been heavily damaged. The "repair" is simply a 4x4 shoved up under the portico. Upon entering Sand Stone there is the immediate overwhelming aroma of black mold. The carpet in the stairway leading up to the main living area is covered in it and needs to be replaced. Another major frustration was the mother in law apartment in the basement. It should not be advertised as an extra room. I had plans to have my mother stay there but it was not usable. The fold out "bed" in the couch is absolutely foul. There is a dark yellow stain in the middle of it. She ended up bunking with one of the kids. My recommendation would be: 1. Replace the carpets/get rid of the black mold 2. Repair the issues on the outside of the house 3. Make that MIL apartment useable with a clean queen size bed like the rest of the house We love this place, but as of now, I don't think we would stay here again.

Perfect Stay

It was a perfect property for our family vacation! The location is close for day trips up and down the coast. But there really wasn't a need to travel much because the beach right outside the house was ideal for everyone.

Entertaining Beach Getaway

We enjoyed this beach house for several reasons; proximity to the beach, spectacular views and entertaining amenities with the pool table, hot tub & ping pong table. A very quiet, private location along the ocean. We absolutely loved it. Can't wait to come back next year.

The property was not disclosed as per the outlined rental listing. The outside stone by the front door was deteriorating/falling apart and remaining area was being held up by a 2x4. The inside smelled like mold, we had to leave every single window open for the entire duration of our stay. We almost vacated and had to deal with mold exposure symptoms following the stay. The home was semi clean, carpets were filthy and not vacuumed, the bedroom sheets appeared to not even be washed. Additionally, there an empty bottle of alcohol under one of the beds, we did not use this bedroom and had to blow up the air mattress. The rental license had also expired the previous month. If it wasn’t for the fact we had already been charged the entire amount for the house, we would have not remained. It was extremely disappointing. It would be a beautiful home if it was properly maintained.

Beach Home

The location of the home was wonderful! The views were absolutely amazing! Although, the home was run down, smelled bad, and overall was not very clean. There were crumbs on the dining chairs and floors, our towels smelled sour (I rewashed them all), and there were no garbage bags. When I notified the property manager, she said she would let the cleaning service know and sent someone over to deliver garbage bags. In addition, the exterior of the home is somewhat in shambles. The brick in front of the home looked as if someone crashed into it and chunks of bricks were lying on the front walkway. The deck under the hot tub was bowed and the edges of the planks were sticking up in the air. The deck on the front of the home feels sloped as well. It was not a comfortable home to stay in. I regret paying that much money for this stay.
