The room could have been a little cleaner. One of the beds were broken. The dryer caught on fire and none of the alarms went off. The fire dept said it wasnt the 1st time they had to talk to them about broken alarms. Nothing was shoveled. We had to tell them to clear the fire exits. The hallways were dirty. Not the nicest.

The stay was terrible! Hotel was suppose to have a heated pool it was broken it was freezing! There was also a fire and all the safety exits were blocked with snow and the hotel stunk from smoke! I would like a refund

Room was clean, spotless, bedding was clean and bed was comfortable. Drains would not hold water in sink or tub rinsing garments ( like bathing suits) . Breakfast bar was terrible- eggs were unedible, sausage was warm but tasteless, I tried one of the muffins and it was hard and unedible. Coffee was the best part of breakfast- although there did seem to be a good selection of cold cereal

The front desk staff was very nice! The room was ok. Smelled like smoke and I did notify the front desk and they offered a new room. There was gum on the floor and the heat didn’t work very well. It was ok for a quick overnight stay.

Nice people. Hotel is well located. They had everything we needed for a one night stay. Pet friendly. Breakfast was good. Had no problems, but I feel like the staff would have worked to fix any problems had they arose. Not the “best” hotel but a good value.
