Everything was excellent, except for the following: the carpet was torn and very shabby, the rooms are a little cramped, and the furniture was a little bit old and worn. Having said that, I would definitely stay there again because it was overall an excellent. experience.

We stayed in the Livery. We had a king bed with plenty of room for side tables on both sides. It was very clean and well appointed. I loved the decor. Cozy and relaxing. Bed was comfortable and the shower had a nice flow. They left the lights on for our arrival which was a nice touch. Finishes in room and around property were upscale. We did not eat breakfast. It started at 0730 and we needed to leave by 0700. They did have coffee out at 0630. My only complaint is that we didn't spend enough time there.

This is our second time at The George’s. We love the spacious, comfortable and well appointed room and the welcoming staff. We also enjoy Taps and the Haywood and appreciate the made to order breakfast.

The only thing we did not like was the noise. If you stay in this room(25), it is the corner room next to the road and very noisy!

Initially, a little difficult to find because of street address. Seems that odd and even numbers are on both sides of the street. Should tell people that because most are in their car while trying to see the numbers. I loved the convenience of parking to my room. Bed very comfy. Bathroom attractive. "Taps" convenient. Had limited menu, but all I needed.

10 out of 10 on property as it was amazing, room outstanding and cleanliness superb! Service 8 out of 10. Food 9 out of 10 Service 8 only because the breakfast to go pickup seemed unorganized and delayed even though I was the only patron picking up at the time and when I checked out it was a very generic grab of the key without kindness or how I was greeted upon arrival. I never expressed any complaint about the service. Property great and would be hard to beat at any 5 star resort!
