My AC broke in the middle of the night. I reported it three different times the next morning and was assured each time that it would be fixed. After being out all day, I came back late and it was still broken, the room was around 80° and very humid. Completely unacceptable, especially after multiple follow-ups. I immediately called the front desk again around 11 PM. My son and I were exhausted and just wanted to go to bed. I was told someone would come right up, but after 30 minutes no one had arrived. I went down to the lobby myself, and only then was I told again that someone would come up. After another 15 minutes, someone finally showed up, unplugged the unit and plugged it back in, and it seemed to start working. Unfortunately, it stopped working again in the middle of the night. At that point, I didn’t even bother calling again. Very frustrating experience and a clear lack of follow through.

The hotel looks very dated and worn. The lobby is especially unattractive and the breakfast area as well. The breakfast selection was rather poor , not appealing . The workout facilities are very limited. The room itself was clean and quiet and the location is close to downtown Lexington and a little drive from 81. Front desk staff was nice.

The room was okay. Very basic. Breakfast was sub par. They had two bowls for fruit. One for apples and one for oranges. There was one lonely shriveled up orange in the bowl and about six shriveled up apples in the apple bowl. Waffle maker was broken. Staff seemed very pleasant.

Parents in room above us did not attend to there children which was full of jumping and rolling a chair or something all day and in evening. It didn’t stop. Complained to front desk several times but no change. Wouldn’t recommend it again go to the Hilton.
