I was unable to call the Hotel.The Nb.given per e-mail was incorrect.tThere are ton's of info about the reservation,but address and phone Number was not one of it??This is very important for Guests,so they know where to go!!

We were immediately greeted in a very nice lobby by a lovely young lady who was very helpful. Everything was clean. I would definitely stay there again as I’m traveling through. The bed was a little hard.

Generally, it was clean, however there was no hot water in the shower. The sink had hot water so I suspect the mechanism in the shower handle was broken. It would turn well past the “off”position. Room was very stuffy and warm. Put AC on and had to turn it down to 64 to make it start to blow cool air. I planned to report it to the staff as we were checking out, but there was no one at the desk at 9am. Had booked another stay for next weekend’s VMI football game. Have since canceled the reservation and will be staying elsewhere.
