Beautiful smell, not like perfume, very clean and all staff was wonderful. Having paper plates out when the food plce forgot to give us them was the best thing ever. Not needing to beg or even pay, just help yourself, what a great change from the norm now!

There was ants in our room, we were not notified that the pool was closed our entire stay for safety hazards through the Florida board of health. someone threw up in the lobby while we were trying to check out which smelled through out the entire first floor and the elevator which made check out very uncomfortable

Variety of fruit, yogurts, granolas with hot oatmeal available during breakfast was great. My son left his $120 flip flops and we stop by 8 hrs later and they were available in the lost & found. I’ve stayed at other hotels and left items that were never returned. The staff was pleasant and friendly at check in & out.
