Our lovely fully furnished 1 bed/1 bath Cottage 34 is a freshly remodeled vacation rental cottage at Dora Canal Court in Tavares, Florida.

Enjoy being steps away from the famous Dora Canal and walking distance to downtown Tavares. Relax with some boating, fishing, seaplanes, sunshine and more! Lots of waterfront restaurants and always fun events going on around town. Located in Central Florida next to Mt Dora and about 45 min north of Orlando. Tavares is known as America’s Seaplane City.

Assigned parking per cottage with boat parking availability. Seawall for overnight boat docking also available. Private community fish cleaning station by canal. Private community laundromat and gathering areas.

We are a family owned and operated waterfront community with 13 residential mobile home lots mixed in with 8 vacation rental cottages.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The cottage also includes a coffee maker.

Cozy for 2 people for 2 days. Everything inside was new. Bed was comfy, water was hot, kitchen made it easy to cook breakfast. New vinyl flooring was easy on the feet.
