The tub had hair come up from the drain before we used the shower, but other than that the lodge was decorated for Christmas which was a very special surprise. Love that they have a starbuck onsite. Looking forward to waking up and using the waterpark again. Got a Black Friday deal so the price was very good.

The room had trash on the bed when we got in the room and crumbs and pretzels were on the floor . Hair tie and beads on end table. . staff was ok seemed annoyed when we asked for extra pillows . The kid kraft club room employee was amazing and she deserves a raise
