Room was very nice, the staff was polite. The only issue i had was the tv channel guide not available execpt on the tv. it was very cumbersome to use, a physical guide placed in the room would have been much easier to navigate. Excellent stay other than that.

While it was relatively clean, everything in the room had stains. Walls, ceiling, blankets, sheets, pillows, box spring cover, all of it. Paint chipping and peeling in various places on the walls. As for the staff, the desk worker Nikita was GREAT, but aside from that very good. Specifically the breakfast staff was fairly rude and not helpful.

Staff was friendly. Check in was easy. The carpet was wet and sticky. There were spots of blood on the pillow. It was loud until 11:00 PM which I understand since there is an amusement park behind the hotel - lots of kids and parents screaming and running up and down the hall. Skipped breakfast as there were so many people in the room I couldn't get near it. A two-block walk had a nice tavern called Uncle Mario's Garage - I recommend it.
