Construimos una casa que es demasiado grande para nosotros. Tiene espacio adicional en el sótano (1700 pies cuadrados) que se usa tan raramente que pensamos que dejaríamos que otros lo disfruten. Cuenta con una gran sala familiar, con una cama queen y cortina de privacidad, una cocina y un amplio dormitorio con una cama king y vestidor. Gran baño completo. Tiene una entrada exterior para que pueda entrar y salir cuando lo desee. Tiene techos de 9 'y es ligero y abierto. Nos encantaría que vinieras a quedarte con nosotros. Mezcla de gofres y plancha.
Realmente no pudimos encontrar una categoría para describir nuestro apartamento en la planta baja, por lo que la cama y desayuno era lo más cerca posible para que los huéspedes supieran que vivimos en la casa. Proporcionamos una mezcla de gofres y una plancha de gofres para que su estadía comience bien, pero no comeremos con usted. De hecho, es posible que nunca nos veas a menos que lo hagas. The basement apartment was light and spacious. The beautiful setting in a neighborhood below towering red rock cliffs was so beautiful. Everything was seamless and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Great home base for people enjoying the area

Great setup for coming home after a day at Zion or the dunes. Hot water in the shower was limitless and had great pressure.

Basement apartment was wonderful

My family really enjoyed the large space and the kids liked the privacy curtain around their bed. The location was quiet, easy to find, and a grocery store was just a few blocks away.

Great spot for visiting zion

Had a great experience here. The place was spacious and clean. About 30 mins to Zion and the nearby towns have plenty of variety for food and necessities. Overall very satisfied.

Large, relaxing place to stay

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The drive to Zion each day was minimal, weighed against all the extra space and the cooking facilities in this VRBO. The hosts responded promptly to one small issue we had with the television.

Good stay!

Overall very pleased with our stay! The location is about 30 minutes to Zion National Park and 20 minutes to Kolob Canyon. Grocery store and restaurants are close by. We liked the coffee and food at River Rock Roasting Company. Bed was comfortable. Access and instructions were great. Only one thing to note which is also in the listing, you can hear the people upstairs so if you are bothered by that you might want to bring a sound machine or earplugs to muffle the noise while you sleep. I would definitely recommend this location for your stay!

A Perfect Stay

This apartment is spacious, light, very clean, and comfortable. The owners have thought of every detail to make the stay perfect, like a welcome sign with chocolates, a guest book with information, a shampoo and soap dispenser in the shower, a full length mirror, tables and lights on both sides of the bed, a waffle maker complete with pancake and waffle mix, and much more! The place is convenient to a grocery store, Zion National Park, and Red Cliffs State Park. Highly recommended!

Trip to explore Zion

My husband and I wanted to hike The Narrows and Angles Landing. Bucket list items. They didn’t disappoint. The rental was roomy, clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. Very home-y feeling. Not cluttered. Drive to the park was 20 min give or take. Thank you to our hosts.

Great landing place for Zion

I want to start by saying that Monica was great to deal with. We were unable to get our walk-up permit to stay overnight in Zion and contacted her to book the unit. While the site would not allow us to book same day Monica was able to get us booked. The unit was just as described and was perfect for our overnight stay. We had to be in Zion for 6:00am and we had a short drive to Zion. There was plenty of space for us to prep for our Zion visit and b/c it was downstairs we didn't bother anyone going in and out. I would recommend this unit for anyone wanting to stay outside of Zion at a reasonable price. I would stay here again if given the chance to.

Decided on this property for its location by Zion NP. Great space for a couple or small family. Comfortable with plenty of light even though it is a basement! Plenty of outdoor space and walking trail just down the road.
