It was quiet and clean, easy to find. Kind of unothodox way of contacting the owner, had to text and couldn't talk on the phone, which was fine, but an older couple might not like this form of communication.

Good reviews are misleading. This place is poory maintained and managed. 1 of 5 grills on the property we tried where in working order. They have a policy that guests must wash their own dishes and everything we went to use was dirty. The belnder had food dried inside the bottom. Sub-par bed quality too. The twin beds are covered in a non-breathable rubber lining and we couldnt find the twin bed sheets to cover them. AC unit couldn't moderate temp when the termostate was tested. It wither kept running and was freezing or had to be shut off which made it get hot in the middle of the night. Two grills had broken egnition buttons and one seemed like it was unable to change settings (the flame stayed low no matter where we turned it. And the other two where out of propane. (Which it states if they are propane guests are expected to go to the office builsing and replace their own). We didnt want to replace propane and end up with another broken grill issue. So we didnt even bother. We finally tried the 5th grill and it worked. I feel guests are expected to do everything and everything was still not clean or nice.

Nice property, had good communication prior to arrival with clear instructions. Kitchen area was nice. Enjoyed our short stay. Only con was sound from connecting room, I could clearly hear people talking in hushed voices next door early in the morning.

This property was perfect! Would be great for a family or extended stay. Very comfortable and private even though there were several units. Nice kitchen and bathroom. The bunks beds were a nice addition for families. Would absolute stay here again.
