Our room was next to a faulty ice maker machine which was so noisy, that we were woken up several times in the middle of the night. Dave at the front desk explained that they are aware of an issue with the machine but waiting to get it fixed. Meanwhile it should have been unplugged to not disturb the guests. When asked for a discounted rate we were told that it was paid through Expedia and needs to be requested through Expedia. We can’t find a way to do that. So we are not happy with this experience. Also at breakfast the cream cheese and butter are not cooled and served warm which I don’t believe conforms with current food safety standards. Very disappointed.

Excellent facilities: looks new or newly renovated, rooms are clean, and service is great. Location is just over 30 mins from Zion entrance, and very close to a grocery store, making it a great option for hikers.
