Although the house is cute and inviting, less than bare minimum equipment and utensils. No hand towels in the kitchen, a pizza baking sheet only, no oven mitts, keureg machine only, no hair dryer, towels and wash cloths are thin and the white towels dirty, floors dirty and hair everywhere. Pubic hairs noted in the guest shower and in the shower curtain. Dishes dirty in the cabinets. All silverware is of toddler size, tiny and thin. Nothing to dry dishes with (towels) or a drying rack. So many things lacking and missing, which sadly takes away from the cuteness of the home. I had to request check in information, upon check in. Once I started messaging with questions and concerns, all communication stopped and my messages were ignored. Now they are trying to blame me for pet urine on a rug by making me replace the rug and clean the floor, yet no pictures to prove it. I have never had a bad stay in any Vrbo, so very sad and disappointed with this experience Ginger
