We waited about 10 mins for someone to come to the front desk at check in. The stairs & hallways were not vacuumed, our room was musty & mildew smelling. The bathroom was tiny, stains on the shower curtain. The ice machine was out of order, the pool is closed indefinitely. We asked for more towels at the front desk, and were told he would bring some up to our room shortly. Nobody came with more towels. The side ‘security’ door was blowing in the wind, no key needed to get in. I waited several minutes at the front desk waiting to checkout and request a receipt. Nobody was there, and nobody answered when I used their cordless phone system that is used for reaching staff.

The room was outdated. Creaky floor boards, inconsistent paint, luke warm shower, cold pool area, dirty breakfast area made it so we didn’t want to eat breakfast.

Loose toilet and burnt out light bulbs in the room. Staff a check in were inattentive we waited 10 minutes while the guy was on a personal call before he noticed we were waiting. Then the day of check out at a staff knock on the door 2Xs before entering - not even enough time to get to the door - we weren’t even checked out yet and still had time before check out. Don’t plan on staying here again

Last time I stayed there it was great this time. It was still good, but I wanted to use the fridge and then get very cold. The water took forever to heat up for the shower, but that also might be because it was colder outside.

The hotel appeared to be very outdated. The room smelled like a wet dog when we entered. Had to keep the window open all night. The blinds did NOT go all the way down, leaving anyone on the outside (first floor room) to see inside. Quite a bit of water damage noted in the bathroom and sink area. We won't be going back.

Staff was friendly, although breakfast server was also front desk clerk so no one to check us out in the morning. Text from property helped and was easy to use. Beds were comfortable. Sink area had been remodeled but showerhead was rusty and shower curtain rod coming out of wall. Bathroom needed painting. Cleaning staff does poor job. Floors and bed comforter were not clean, but Pool and hot tub area was clean.

I ended up leaving the same night as both the beds in my room were dirty. The sheets were stained with blood, what looked like yellow pee stains, and there was little black hairs in both beds. After going down to the front desk to inform of this issue he asked what time I had checked in and why didn’t I notice it then. I was there for a wedding and left right away for the wedding after checking in. There were no available rooms so I ended up leaving to drive 2 hours back home. I have requested a refund.
