Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making the stay feel welcoming from start to finish. The property was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable throughout. Its location near Shijo Kawaramachi was a huge plus—conveniently close to shopping, dining, and transportation, making it easy to explore Kyoto.

Perfect location, in the center of all the action. A short walk to Nishiki market and Gion. Helpful and pleasant staff. Washer and dryer in the room. Free Sake, wine and soft drinks between 1-9PM Try Koe donuts next door….different and great
