It was like staying in motel , not hotel like- uncomfortable bed and more expensive than APA so youd think it would hlbe similar or level up- but it was level far below

Walls right next to the bed were dirty. The room and bathroom were dingy. No AC as they had turned on their heat for hotel already (it was Oct 31-Nov 3, about 20C outside) we did open our window but it got hot inside the small room. They provide free coffee, matcha, water dispenser on their lobby floor.

Room was alright. There was no aircon as it was shutoff intentionally during this time. We were told to open the windows to allow the cool air to draft in. Initially we taught it would be warm but surprisingly it was not. However I felt the air con should be operating.

Short walking distance from lots of main shopping you find yourself doing in Japan and close to lots of popular shrines and temples by walk and bus as well. A tiny bit of a trek to the closest train station especially in the hot summer.. Facility was nice and clean, loved the complimentary coffee and tea and staff were very nice and helpful, especially with luggage forwarding.

The lobby is on the second floor so you have to go there if you need any in person support. Elevators take awhile so keep that in mind. Asides from that everything was great. They give cute pjs and toiletries.
