Overall, we had a pleasant stay and did not experience any major issues. One area that could be improved is the level of warmth and friendliness from some of the staff. The front desk team and especially the breakfast staff were professional and efficient, but a more welcoming and personable approach would further enhance the guest experience. The breakfast itself was good and offered a satisfactory selection. While there was nothing wrong with the food, the presentation felt somewhat basic and functional rather than inviting. A bit more attention to presentation and atmosphere could make the breakfast experience feel more special and memorable.

At the Hotel MyStay the staff is super helpful, friendly and very professional. In fact, I ended up extending my stay for several days and the manager was very accommodating and helpful.
