Great hotel overall: very clean, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast isn’t very extensive, but it’s more than enough to start the day. What truly makes this place stand out is its location — set on a small street filled with excellent, trendy local restaurants. The area is so popular that you usually need reservations. Highly recommended.

One of better hotels we experienced on our stay. Comfortable beds, good ac, room enough for Japan. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location very good, short walk to shops and food. Super close to 2 stations. Breakfast, though mostly Japanese, was good. Help yourself buffet. Western options limited but totally fine. Though it good value.

Great place to stay

It is near to Nikishi market . A lot of restaurant around . Lawson is just opposite of the hotel . Staff very polite and helpful . Toilet is bigger than expected . There is a place to store the luggage which really help us a lot . Only the WiFi is just so-so .

Convenient location, clean and friendly staff. One thing less than ideal is the air conditioning/heat system. It is centrally controlled and when it turns on our room was boiling hot. Only way to cool down is to open the window. Hotel management should review the heat distribution of the system.

I stayed for a business trip, it was convenient access to public transportation and walkable to Nishiki market and other shopping. The room was clean and well set up. I had the breakfast each morning with enough variety to keep it interesting and tasty. I would definitely stay here again.

Not on a Main Street. Actually, more like an alley. Operated pretty much like any comfort inn in America except you have to pay for the breakfast. We had one cool night and the next day, the hotel shut down the cooling system and told us to open the window. You could only open the window 4-6 inches on a side at a time. Took a very very long time for the room to start cooling. Absolutely NOT what you want after returning from the onsen. After several people had come to the front desk to complain, management agreed to resume cooling for the 4th floor for only one night.
