Fromt desk staffs are helpfull and polite. Hotel room is small but clean & efficient. However small thing like shower curtain was ripped on top but housekeeping didn’t replace made it feel like a motel. The bathroom had all plastic lining also made it looked cheap. Hot breakfast had good varieties. My friend booked here so I booked here too for convenient transport.

A must stay! I started each day with a good breakfast and ended with a heavenly soak in the ladies bath (tattoos are prohibited). They provided new towels and bed clothes daily, and amenities are available at the front desk whenever you need. There's a bus stop just across the street, and Nishiki Market and other shopping spots are close by if you'd rather walk. I hope to be back again some day.

I randomly picked this hotel without looking at a map so it was about a 10 minutes walk from the subway. Without a suitcase this is fine. The bed was not so comfy, more firm than anything but the room and facilities were lovely and it was an easy walk to sites.

While room was a little small, it was good value with the included breakfast. Was able to open window and also control air conditioner after translating the label on the remote.

Stayed only for one night but very good exprience outside of the issue where the inside of the fridge smelled terrible. I put my food inside as it was necessary and it came out smelling like rotten food / the smelly type of beer. Some other reviews mentioned the fridge issue, so perhaps we just were unlucky.
