If you’re bothered by smoke give this one a pass

The hotel was clean and well-kept. The room was comfortable with new fittings and furniture. Unfortunately it smelled of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. In my experience this is not unusual in Japan.

JR神戸駅からはやや離れているが、新開地の駅の近くでアクセス良しでした。周りも閑静で過ごしやすかったです。部屋もツインで広く清潔でした。トイレと浴槽が別になっていたので、快適でした。
