Room: clean and tidy, good amount of space for 2 people staying, comfortable bed with soft pillows, nice and dark when you close the curtain, spacious bathroom with a bath tub and plenty of towels, has a hair dryer and an electric kettle, I got the room right in front of the lifts so there was a bit of noises but that’s bearable Staff: very friendly and speak good English, they guide me how to check in and check out with the machine they have Amenities: green tea packs available in the room (but no coffee or bottled water), there is a lounge on the reception floor and they are serving free light snacks and coffee/tea during specific hours Location: 4 minutes walk from Sannomiya JR station, lots of restaurants/snacks/cafes/convenience stores nearby, walkable distance to the main shopping street in Sannomiya * There is a huge construction site right next to the hotel. I didn’t hear much noises from it during the night. But if you are planning to stay in the hotel room during the day, please do consider this factor.

Very close to every transportation available in Sannomiya area. Close to many eateries and shopping areas. Extremely convenient. Great to have laundromat in house connected to TV monitor to show if it is being used.

Located few minutes walk from JR Sannomiya Station as well as walkable distance from Hankyu, Hanshin and the Subway line one stop from ShinKobe. Surrounded by great eateries and shopping area. For me, it was very close to Nippon Rent-A-Car where I usually get my car rental. It has a laundromat in the hotel, a must for a long journey around. (500 yen for washer and dryer including detergent. May need extra 30 min drying for 100 yen)

Everything is clean and modern. Multilingual kiosks for checking in/out, good (free) system for luggage storage, terrific--and low-cost--breakfast buffet. Though the facility is billed as completely non-smoking, there were sometimes smokers in the lobby area.

A great spot to stay in Kobe!

Amazing experience and one of my fav hotels I stayed in during Japan. Staff were SUPER friendly and accmodating. Rooms were great. The place seemed brand new. Good location between all the hot spots of Kobe. Def will visit again!
