This property was rated a 4-star. Unfortunately, the daily housekeeping, didn’t come until 7:30pm after I called the front desk. The next night same thing, I called at 5:30 and at 8pm someone knocked on our door—“do you want your room cleaned?” So for our stay we had cleaning one of the days.
Next, we had to leave one day early on our 5 day trip for a funeral. Both the hotel and Expedia, said it was the other person’s fault for not allowing us to cancel with a refund—we gave them 3 days notice. This went on for three days. We were incredibly disappointed.
So, it’s either, book your hotel direct from the hotels website or makes sure you book with clear conditions!!! (I can’t tell you which one is better as both parties blamed it on the other one!!!)
