On a trip that included stays at 6 hotels, this was had the worst breakfast, staff, and maintenance. At check-in I received my room key(which failed to work) after getting a new key and entering my room, i noticed it had 2 queen beds which was not what I had reserved. Requested and received the correct room;however, staff never appologized for bad room key or incorrect room. Property looks new but bathroom shower had poor caulking and bad looking repairs. Breakfast was absolutely the worst. It was poorly prepared andminimally stocked. Breakfast consisted of powdered eggs, waffles, toast, bagel, cereal oatmeal, juices and coffee. Milk for cereal was empty, no creamer for coffee, no toppings for plain oatmeal and only 1 bagel or toast type. Considering the money spent on the lobby furniture, decor, and mosaics the owners should reinvest that money into training their staff and providing a breakfast that mirrors the hotels loooks.

This would be a five star rating if we didn’t need to switch rooms because the restroom wasn’t clean. The second room was also not clean, surface were not wiped down and restroom was also not clean. We wound up cleaning it ourselves. Staff At service desk was great though.

My new favorite in Kingman

I travel to Kingman for work regularly and have stayed in a number of different. This was my first time and it is my new favorite. Bed was super comfy, towels were better than average and staff was great all the way around.

I checked into a dirty room and was told that someone would come clean it and they never did. There was dirt on the bed. There was used Q-tips on the bathroom floor. Hair on the shower floor. It was disgusting. I asked twice for the room to get cleaned or a new room and nothing. I booked the room for 3 days and checked out the next morning because of this and was charged the whole stay.

The property seems relatively new, so it mostly seemed to be in good shape. Prior to our arrival, we were given the option of checking in online. Went through the entire process, including providing photo ID and credit card info. We arrived and found out that there was a problem trying to check in online, so we had to basically redo the process, it took about 15 minutes longer than it should have. In the room I found several drink stains on the table and scuff marks from shoes on the coffee table. I cleaned them myself. The next morning I was going to use some lotion, the bottle had already been used, there was only about 1/3 of the bottle left.
