This luxurious holiday villa is built on a wooded slope below the BIG BUDDHA on the island of Phuket, in Kata village. It is protected by high cut limestone walls, full size remote controlled wrought iron black and gold gates. Featuring fabulous ocean and sunset views, this villa offers a wonderful location for a relaxing holiday.The private roof top infinity pool with secluded sun bathing areas and a beautiful sala for enjoying relaxing sunsets is a real highlight. The villa is accessed via large remote controlled wrought iron gates, a short drive and Thai style carport.On the ground floor there is a spacious hallway with four large double bedrooms, all with ensuite facilities. Three bedrooms have king size double beds and the fourth bedroom has two single beds that can be used as a kid's room connected to the master bedroom, or made up as a completely separate double. The master bedroom has a huge bamboo fourposter bed, and the master bathroom has a double Jacuzzi bath, walk in shower area and twin wash basins set in a black marble top. The main dining area can seat eight with four more at the kitchen bar, and opens to the pool and sea views. The open plan lounge also seats eight with a very large wide screen tv for films and dvds. The open plan kitchen is also on the upper floor with our full time staff ready to serve drinks or cook for you as required.We include FREE RETURN AIRPORT TRANSFER. Our CHEF will prepare a FREE BREAKFAST for you every day of your stay. Our chef will prepare and cook all other meals for you (you just pay the cost price of the ingredients)Situated on the edge of the village of Kata, with a difficult nature trail up to the Big Buddha. Kata Beach is the best beach on Phuket, and can be enjoyed all year round, surfing in the summer, snorkelling, swimming and water sports in the winter (high season), and of course sun bathing all year round.Each bedroom has opening sliding doors accessing a small patio area. Beautiful Thai style roofs give this villa a traditional feel, whilst inside there are all modern facilities, with an open plan layout upstairs to enjoy cooling breezes.
