"Great experience at the Palladium resort and spa. Very impressed with the Butler team Ana, Katherine and Daniel. They were extremely efficient and kind and took care of all reservations, secured shuttle service and answers all my questions. I love how we stayed on touch via the whats app, brilliant idea. Spa experience was also fantastic, Carmen is an expert in her field and Grecia at the bront desk was very attentive. I enjoyed the Brazilian restaurant too. Food was yummy and again the staff were very friendly. I also want to recognize the team driving the shuttles, the bell hop team and the beach butlers Aaron and Alex. Lastly, Lenny who looked after my roo. Upgrade and she met me when i checked in and also greeted me again when i checked out. The room upgrade was well worth the price. Well maintained resort, also enjoyed the gym and the staff were very friendly. Thank you for making my experience great. Perfect spot for solo travel, families and couple. They cater to very group very well. Thank you."
